With over 9 years experience in the gym working through physical injuries, working towards personal goals and coaching for the past 18 months, Cat brings personal experience and knowledge to her craft.

Her areas of focus are fat loss, muscle hypertrophy and athletic performance, as well as assisting in physical rehabilitation.

With an aim to 'educate and release', there is a feeling of satisfaction once clients gain all the skills and knowledge themselves to apply to their day to day life.
